Hey there,
Back from sleeping about 16 or 17 hours in a row. Beginning to think that, maybe, I should have just let this blog go for the weekend. But, since I'm obsessive compulsive regarding our almost year-and-a-half streak of one-post-per-day, at least I got something posted each night. And this Monday, although this post is dated Tuesday, I'm doing it again. Not too much going on today in the semi-conscious morass that's sploshing around between my ears ;)
I forgot about the hangover you get by sleeping way too much. By tomorrow, I should be back to normal. It's strange to think that I've been doing this for over a decade. It's a good way to ensure employment during harsh times, but I often wonder if sleep-deprivation, followed by sleep-overload, will have any long term side effects. Actually, if I were to drop dead today, I think I would actually have lived more days (defined as 16 hours of waketime during which things get accomplished) than most people in my generation. So, if I die early, I'll actually be just the right age ;)
